Celebrating Australia Day + our public holiday delivery schedule

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

January is already halfway through, which means one of the nation’s most beloved holidays is right around the corner – Australia Day. It’s a day where people from all backgrounds come together to celebrate what it means to be Australian, and the day wouldn’t be complete without throwing a prawn or a snag on the barbie and tucking into some pavlova or a lamington. Beverages are always aplenty, however why not treat your guests to healthy, low-calorie hydration that is absolutely delicious?

Introducing fruit infused water! The ideal refreshing and easy drink to offer your guests during backyard cricket this Australia Day, using quality and fresh fruit to create tasty fruit infused concoctions that please everyone.

A few of our favourites:

Melon Mania: Combine Honeydew, Rockmelon (or Candy Melon for a sweeter taste!) and cucumber. Mix the sweet melon with the fresh cucumber, and you get a refreshing, vitamin filled water – green and gold style!

Orange and Basil: A tasty combination that mixes the sweetness and vitamins of oranges with the refreshing taste of basil. Oranges are also high in vitamin C and are a good source of folate and thiamin.

Mango and Pineapple: Give a tropical twist to your plain water with mango and pineapple. You can even replace water with coconut water for an island-inspired drink!

Nectarine-Berry: Take full advantage of the gorgeous stonefruit that is in peak season by adding some nectarines with raspberries and blueberries to create the perfect berry infusion.

There’s a ton of different ways you can infuse your water, so get creative this Australia Day!
