Fruit Infused Water  

For a simple, calorie-free drink, turn to fruit-infused water. In a large pitcher, place the desired combination of fruit and herbs. Add ice and fill the container with water.   • 1 ½ cups mango chunks  
  • 1 cup strawberries  
  • 1 cup pineapple  
  • 1 cup yoghurt  
  • ½ cup ice


Take full advantage of the gorgeous mango that is in peak season by adding it to a thick, icy smoothie. Add fruit and ice and blend until fully puréed. Then add the yogurt and blend again until completely combined
